Course:

The main race is run on tarmac paths within the park, and on pavements around the perimeter of the park.

The Tenderfoot is run on tarmac within the park. The Fun Run and Relays are run entirely on grass within the park.

Getting there:

There is a car park in the park itself, and plenty of parking in residential roads nearby.

Nearest stations are: West Dulwich (southeastern) Forest Hill (Overground, Southern) – roughly a mile from the park

Toilets:

There are toilets just as you exit the car park, and others near the café in the centre of the park.
