 FOR THE LOVE OF RUNNING 

We welcome runners of all abilities and age, with training and events for adults and juniors alike. Based in Willesden Green we are easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Queens Park, Kilburn, West Hampstead, Paddington, Kensal Rise, Dollis Hill and Harlesden, and have runners from across North London.  Whether you want to improve your fitness, train for a specific event or looking for a social activity [Join Us] â€‹

 CROSS COUNTRY 

 When the lights start coming on during our track sessions, its time to start thinking about ... 

 SUNDAY LONG RUN 

 Setting off at 9am from Queens Park Cafe with all paces and several distances catered for. 

 TRACK SESSIONS 

 We train Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Willesden Green Sports Centre 6:45pm - come along for a free taster session [about Our Training Sessions]

Welcome to Queen's Park Harriers

 

We are a local running club based in Willesden Green, near Queen's Park, North West London.

 

We welcome all runners of all abilities and age, and offer a range of training sessions and social events for adults and juniors alike.

​

We're easily accessible from the surrounding area such as Kilburn, Paddington, Kensal Rise and Dollis Hill, and have runners from throughout North London.

​

Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Willesden Sports Centre with the same session running on both days (runners can chose which one to attend), we have long runs on Sunday mornings and many of our runners take part in Gladstone Parkrun.  If you want to join us, book a session using the form on the Contact Us page.

Races are entirely optional, though we have a wide range of events we take part in including 5 mile and 10km park based races against other London clubs in the 'Summer League' to a winter calendar of cross-country races.

​

So, whatever your running ability - if you're trying to get through couch-to-5k for the umpteenth time and need support, or targeting your first sub 2:30 marathon - get in touch and come along for a taster session.
